The building presents a rich, active and exciting façade to the street whilst respecting the limits of the urban block. Thus providing cohesion within the greater urban fabric. The high-rise design responded to the Mong Kok area, the surrounding and the climate by utilising a series of sensitively scaled forms to mediate the scale of the tall structure. Its façade is layered with visually active architectural screens which both define the limits of the form and provide transparency to the sport activities and retail functions within.
